If Obliteration took you as far into their minds as you could go with words, Ruby's takes you a step further by being an entirely instrumental album. Well, not quite entirely -- the album was called "the vowel sounds" album for a long time before its release because it features voices on several tracks but no words (well, thats not even entirely true but -- you'll find out for yourself). The album features very original ideas not only in songwriting but production. This album marks the last release for the band and is kind of sad in a way because it shows just the very beginning into an original style with so much potential.
